Silhak Automation GmbH is a family-owned German company based in Rodgau, founded in 2019 out of Ivo Silhak CNC Projecting, with 30 years of experience in retrofitting CNC-controlled machine tools. It specializes in Siemens and Heidenhain controls and commissions and modernizes turning, milling and grinding machines. Services include commissioning of machine tools, software creation, tool management, cycles and machine adjustments; retrofit with Siemens 840d sl and ONE as well as Heidenhain iTNC 530 and NC-Kern 320, 620 and 640; in-house control cabinet construction with structured layout and component and wire labeling for third-party traceability; laser measurement for geometry error detection; electrical assembly of components and complete machine systems; circuit diagram creation in EPLAN P8, Electric and Fluid; and malfunction service.
