SCHUMACHER TITAN GMBH & CO. KG

Schumacher Titan GmbH & Co. KG, based in Solingen, Germany, began production in 1968 as Gerd Schumacher Titangerätebau, making equipment for the galvanic industry. The company was taken over by Thomas Lüdke in 1989 and renamed in 1994, the same year water jet technology was added to its services. It works with pure and alloyed titanium, zirconium, niobium, tantalum, and highly alloyed stainless steels. Micro-machining was integrated into production and now operates as an independent business area, aquacut Microzerspanung GmbH.
