Scharf Automation GmbH is an Austrian service company in the automation sector, based in Vitis in the Waldviertel region. Founded in 1994 as a one-man business by Martin Scharf, it has grown to six employees. The firm offers PLC and robot programming, virtual commissioning and simulation, machine software maintenance, circuit diagram and wiring creation, and consulting for machine planning. It also provides retrofit services for older machine control systems. In 2017, the company acquired a mixing and dosing system for two-component sealing, adhesive, and casting applications, enabling contract foam sealing using FIPEG technology. Clients include companies from Austria, Germany, and Switzerland.
