SCHADE KUNSTSTOFF-VERPACKUNGEN GMBH & CO. KG

SCHADE KUNSTSTOFF-VERPACKUNGEN GMBH & CO. KG is a German manufacturer of plastic packaging and sorting inserts, established in 1971 and based in Spenge. The product portfolio includes sorting inserts and deep-drawn inserts in various designs, trays and boxes, clamshells for confectionery and technical parts, and transport packaging. Customers are mainly drawn from the food and beverage sector, notably chocolates, pralines and bakery products, alongside technical inserts such as trays for mobile phone cases, razor heads, toys and keys. Production uses Illig vacuum and compressed air machines with film pre-heating, heated die-cutting and movable die-cutting tables for U-edge production, and de-stacking systems allow inserts to be separated. Food-contact films meeting food safety regulations are used. The company was first certified to DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and DIN EN ISO 22000:2005 in 2011.
