RoboPlanet GmbH is a Munich-based specialist dealer and service partner for professional service robotics, established in 2024 as part of the Wackler Group. The company supplies cleaning, service, delivery and security robots from manufacturers including Pudu, Gausium and Nexaro. Beyond hardware, it delivers complete deployment solutions: analysis of which operational tasks suit automation, advice on financing models, setup, integration and on-site training, plus maintenance, repair and spare parts through a nationwide service network. Its robots work in care facilities and hospitals, hospitality, gastronomy, retail, offices, warehouses and production environments. The parent group brings more than 117 years of facility management experience.
