Plasticos Escanero S.L is a plastics processor based in Almudevar, Spain, founded in 2001. The company specialises in extrusion and injection of all types of plastics, serving sectors including livestock, automotive, textile, construction and packaging. Two production plants provide a combined capacity of 10,000 tons per year. The company invests heavily in R&D&I, developing new materials and production techniques, and operates pelleting equipment capable of incorporating mineral or natural fillers into plastic compounds. This technology underpins BIOPESL, a patented biodegradable plastic material with high weather resistance. Project development covers analysis of client needs, product and tool design, material formulation, and production via coextrusion, multiextrusion and foliated extrusion.
