PIOFLEX GmbH

Pioflex GmbH is a German company based in Denzlingen, founded in 1966, active in distribution and production. It extrudes sections, tubes, and profiles from thermoplastic plastics and produces thermoformed fluid and piping systems in two- and three-dimensional configurations. The company also extrudes straws from polyolefins and bioplastics derived from renewable raw materials, and assembles straw bands. Quality controls include electronic system monitoring for tolerance compliance, continuous process control via ultrasound and laser scanning, vacuum-tank calibration for dimensional accuracy and reduced ovality, worker self-inspection, product audits, and customer system audits. Pioflex has held DIN EN ISO 9001 certification since 1996 and issues factory certificates according to DIN 50049-2.2 and EN 10.204-2.2.
