Panzer Drehtechnik GmbH, based in Plettenberg, has produced high-precision CNC turned and milled parts since 1993. The company makes custom chuck turned parts with diameters from 80 to 350 mm and handles workpieces weighing up to 25 kg. Around 95% automation is achieved through modern CNC technology together with robotic and gantry systems for efficient series production. Services span turning, milling, surface and heat treatments such as galvanizing, powder coating, hardening and case hardening, plus finishing operations including rolling and high-gloss turning. Materials processed include construction and stainless steels, brass, free-cutting steels, copper alloys and plastics. An in-house sawmill with seven high-performance saws and a comprehensive material warehouse support flexibility and short delivery times. Production is certified to DIN ISO 9001:2015. Customers come from machine and plant engineering, agricultural and construction machinery, the valve and lighting industries, and the general supply sector.
