Otto Junker CM GmbH

Otto Junker CM GmbH, established in 1924 and based in Simmerath, Germany, specializes in sand casting of high-alloy materials. Its material program covers grades based on iron, nickel and cobalt, including NiCu alloy, austenite and duplex materials, plus corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant, non-magnetic and wear-resistant alloys. Melting takes place in high-performance induction furnaces, with vacuum melting used where required. JUNKERALLOY nickel-based alloys are produced for corrosive boundary stress. The company manufactures large and small castings, covering raw weights from a few kilograms to roughly 9,000 kg per component, with capacity up to 10 t per piece. Contract machining includes carousel turning up to 6.3 m, CNC milling, metal printing and 3D sintering. Around 100 different grades are produced in total.
