ORBIS GmbH, based in Hürth near Cologne, Germany, and part of the US-based Menasha Corporation founded in 1849, engineers and manufactures reusable transport packaging. Its portfolio includes foldable large containers (FLCs), pallets and small load carriers made from recyclable and partly recycled plastics. Both standard and customized solutions are offered to streamline product flow across supply chains, serving industrial, automotive and FMCG sectors with aims of long-term cost savings and CO2 reduction. FLCs can be UN-certified for transporting solid dangerous goods. ORBIS has had a European presence since 2002 and has operated from Hürth since 2016.
