NUTECH Gesellschaft für Lasertechnik und Materialprüfung mbH, founded in 1984 and based in Neumünster, Germany, operates three divisions. NUTECH Lasertechnik performs laser cutting, welding, hardening, coating, alloying, drilling and marking, plus milling, turning, etching, bending, edging, surface treatment and assembly; it is certified to DIN EN ISO 9000:2000, DIN EN 729-2 and DIN 6700. NUTECH Systemtechnik develops and builds optics and systems for laser welding, cutting, hardening and coating. NUTECH Analytik & Prüfzentrum conducts mechanical technological tests, tensile, compressive and impact testing, macro and micro hardness measurement, X-ray and holographic testing, metallography, scanning electron microscopy, microstructure investigations, thermal analyses, melting point determination, infrared spectroscopy, X-ray fluorescence, coulometry, titrations, asbestos analysis, carcinogenicity indexing, artificial mineral fiber testing, formaldehyde determination, mold, polymer, soil, waste, building material, steel and non-ferrous metal analyses, emission spectrometry, surface tests, coating thickness measurement, corrosion tests and damage analysis, issuing test certificates to DIN EN 10204; its calibration laboratory (DKD) for material testing machines is accredited to DIN EN ISO 17025:2000.
