NORSYSTEC NOHRA-SYSTEM-TECHNIK GMBH processes rubber, silicone and thermoplastics in Nohra, Germany. Elastomer work covers ITM, TM and CM methods on more than 30 machines with clamping forces from 50 to 400 tonnes, with finishing by cryogenic deburring and manual rework. Thermoplastic processing spans standard grades to high-temperature materials in 1-3K injection moulding, insert moulding and part weights from 1 g to 2,000 g on over 35 machines rated 50 to 1,600 tonnes. The company also mixes rubber compounds, builds multi-component assemblies, applies pad printing, laser marking and coating, and works natural and synthetic leather.
