Molkerei Hasenfleet eG is a cooperative dairy founded in 1919 and based in Oberndorf an der Oste, Lower Saxony, Germany. It produces dairy goods for large consumers, retailers and delicatessens, including cream, sour cream, dips, milk, buttermilk, quark, layer cheese, yogurt, quark dishes, barrel butter, ghee and sliced cheese, all made from regional milk. The cooperative uses short supply distances and glass deposit bottles for packaging. A mobile cheese dairy produces Osteländer Schnittkäse on site, alongside in-house items such as garlic dips, herb butter and clarified butter in jars. Contract filling, private label solutions and recipe development are offered to trading partners and direct marketers, and a dairy shop sells products directly.
