MODUS HIGH-TECH ELECTRONICS GMBH

Modus High-Tech Electronics GmbH, founded in 1987 and located in Willich, Germany, develops, produces, and distributes automatic optical inspection (AOI) systems for quality control in mass production. The systems are offered in inline and offline variants, featuring ultra-fast scanning speed and full coverage of visible parts inspection without affecting cycle time. The company began as an engineering office with test equipment manufacturing experience and evolved into a high-tech firm providing German-designed, self-manufactured testing systems. Several thousand inspection systems are in use, most scanner-based, making Modus the European market leader for scanner-based AOIs. Modus is ISO 9000 certified, and all systems carry a CE declaration of conformity. Factory-trained support partners provide customer service worldwide.
