KomRec-ReCond GmbH is an industrial plastic scrap recycler and exporter headquartered in Wunsiedel, Bavaria, Germany, founded in 2003. The company operates two large recycling plants in Wunsiedel and additional stores in Europe, using 22 plastic grinding lines, a washing line for regrind and two high-compression balers. It purchases rigid plastic scrap from waste collectors and manufacturing plants across Europe in quantities reaching 3,200 tons per month. Materials handled include buckets, bumpers, car parts, CD and DVD scrap, coextruded PE/PP, PE/PA and PP/PA foils, colour concentrates, computer housings, glass fleece, glass rovings, LCD plates, metalised and printed film, milk jugs, mixed electronic packaging, post-consumer mixed plastic, NOS granulates, nylon and polypropylene rope, pipes, tubes, bottles, drums, barrels, crates, tanks and WEEE plastic cases.
