Kläger Spritzguss GmbH & Co KG is a German injection molding specialist established in 1959 and located in Dornstetten. The company produces geometrically complex parts from technical ceramics such as Al2O3, ZTA, ATZ and ZrO2, as well as from thermoplastic materials ranging from PP to PEEK. It has built particular expertise in transparent plastics and compounds with high glass fiber content, and is regarded as a pioneer in technical ceramics. In-house toolmaking covers design, engineering and fabrication of molds. The firm manages projects and series production across the full value chain, combining engineering, toolmaking and injection molding with broad material and process knowledge.
