Industrieofen- & Härtereizubehör GmbH Unna has manufactured heat treatment equipment from its base in Unna, Germany, since 1993. The company builds complete furnace systems for carburizing, hardening, annealing, gas nitriding and air circulation, and supplies hardening accessories and spare parts. All furnace components are produced in-house, and the technical equipment also allows manufacture of salt bath and nitriding crucibles, hardening boxes, muffles, annealing devices, charging frames and stainless steel pipes in various materials. Drawing on decades of industrial furnace construction experience, the company modifies older designs to raise heat treatment efficiency and cut energy consumption, for example by replacing oil cup sealing with compensator technology. Customers come from wind energy, automotive, aerospace, and contract and in-house hardening.
