ICV Industrie-Coating Verfahrenstechnik GmbH is a German surface treatment specialist located in Oberndorf am Neckar. Heinz Schneider established the business in Dornhan in 1990. Wire molybdenum spraying of gearbox components, produced in medium and large batch sizes for automotive customers, formed the original production activity. The present product range covers ceramic and metal coatings applied to parts used in mechanical engineering, textile manufacturing, paper processing, medical technology, electrical engineering and research. Coating methods offered include high-velocity oxy-fuel (HVOF) spraying, atmospheric plasma spraying (APS), flame spraying with powder or wire, and arc spraying. Four spray booths support flexible scheduling. TÜV certification to DIN EN ISO 9001:2015 and GTS membership underpin quality assurance. Finishing partnerships enable complete part production and repair work.
