IAI INDUSTRIEROBOTER GMBH

IAI Industrieroboter GmbH, founded in 1976 and headquartered in Schwalbach, Germany, develops and produces components and system solutions for non-pneumatic automation technology. With more than 1,000 employees, the company offers a broad portfolio that includes electric mini cylinders, lifting cylinders, servo presses, rotary and swivel drives, and electric grippers, alongside Cartesian robots, table robots, and SCARA robots for automated production. Many products are available in standard versions as well as dust- and water-protected models with corresponding IP protection classes or cleanroom versions. Matched controls with common fieldbus connections complete the range. Custom solutions and tailored system solutions are also developed. The electric actuators and robots are used in automotive, electronics, optical, medical, and pharmaceutical manufacturing, saving up to 90% energy compared with conventional pneumatics.
