Horst Uhlig GmbH

Horst Uhlig GmbH is a German service provider founded in 1964 and located in Neuenrade, specializing in aluminum die-casting, injection molding and additive manufacturing. The firm produces die-cast aluminum components and handles downstream processing, serving customers internationally in general mechanical engineering, the electrical and lighting sector, and facade construction. Casting technical design support is offered, along with tool manufacturing and sampling accompanied by initial sample inspection reports. Series production covers small through large volumes, with individual part weights from 0.02 kg to 20 kg on hydraulic casting machines. Additional operations include mechanical processing, heat treatment, surface finishing such as painting, KTL coating and anodizing, vacuum impregnation, plus assembly and packaging. Production in Poland has been available since 1992 through partnerships with two companies. Quality assurance follows DIN ISO 9001:2015.
