Heismann Drehtechnik GmbH is a German manufacturer based in Velbert that has specialized in precision turned parts since 1918. Its core activity is the development and production of custom precision turned components, supported by fully automated processing and expertise in assembly. Parts are machined from bar stock in diameters from 8 to 250 mm, in small through large series. The machine park comprises 30 CNC single-spindle and multi-spindle machines, complemented by digital manufacturing processes and automated workflows. Around 130 qualified employees provide consulting, planning and manufacturing support to industrial customers worldwide, handling components with demanding requirements.
