Heblac Technologie GmbH

Heblac Technologie GmbH is a production and service company founded in 1999 in Aachen, Germany. It manufactures and coats complex components through multi-stage processes, working with qualified partners and subcontractors on a just-in-time basis. One example is shut-off and slide plates for valve makers, which pass through water jet cutting, milling, drilling, annealing, heat treatment, grinding, surface coating, and final polishing. Coatings include chemical nickel, boriding, and plasma nitriding. Plate dimensions run from 220 x 100 x 10 mm up to 4000 x 1500 x 70 mm, held to flatness tolerances of 0.02 mm and surface finishes of 0.2 µm Ra. The company also handles smaller components and small series, with or without coating, and collaborates on projects with RWTH Aachen.
