Its operations span CNC milling up to 10,000 mm, heavy welding, surface treatment, painting, and CMM inspection. The machine park includes seven bridge-type CNC machines with 3+2 axes, welding stations with manipulators, sandblasting and laser welding systems, and powder coating and wet painting booths. A separate 2,000 m² sheet metal facility, VISION, runs a fully automated LVD PX-1530 turret punch, LVD Easy-Form press brakes, and a robotic powder coating line for 24/7 punching, bending, and finishing. The company holds ISO 9001:2015, EN ISO 3834-2, and EN 1090 EXC3 certification and supplies global OEMs with precision components, custom assemblies, and turnkey manufacturing.
