Friedenstab Kunststofftechnik GmbH

Friedenstab Kunststofftechnik GmbH is a plastics processor based in Rödental, Germany, founded in 1949. The company covers injection molding and extrusion, supporting projects from initial concept through to series production. Injection molding operations use ARBURG machinery and handle components ranging from small parts to complex hybrid solutions, with automated peripherals such as pick-and-place robots, vacuum gripping systems and packaging equipment. Extrusion focuses on pipe production, with each extruder fitted with a Maag melt pump and Siemens PLC control. The process accommodates high proportions of recycled material, in some cases up to 100 percent.
