Franz Fischler GmbH & Co. KG, founded in 1964 and based in Königsbrunn, Germany, produces plastic molded parts and abrasives. The company offers CAD planning, representation, and construction, along with in-house model and tool making. Prototype construction through small series is carried out using warm forming, injection molding, and cast parts in PU or silicone. Plastic deep-drawn parts measure up to 2200x1200x750 mm, including complex assemblies. Various plastics and finishes are used, such as fiber-reinforced, film-coated, laminated, flocked, printed, and painted. Post-processing of plastic parts is performed on CAD/CAM-controlled 5-axis milling machines according to CAD data.
