Forum-Plast GmbH

Forum-Plast GmbH is a packaging film producer established in 1976 by Reinhard Fröhner and located in Amberg, Germany, since 1983. The company makes mono, three-layer and five-layer films for transport and storage packaging, and positions itself as a European market leader in shrink hoods for weather-resistant pallet wrapping. Its plant technology and formulations allow thin, tear-resistant films, with printing available in up to eight colors. Production covers roughly 40,000 tons annually across a 15,000 m² site, and a five-layer film line has been in operation since 2013. Pigments are heavy metal-free, raw materials chlorine- and sulfur-free, and production waste is recycled internally. The firm has held ISO 50001 energy certification since 2012.
