Fischer Fermentgetränke GmbH, founded in 2013 in Schwalbach, Germany, continues a family fermentation tradition for herbal and tea blends that reaches back to 1898. The company produces kombucha in a handcrafted process using in-house cultures and ingredients from controlled organic cultivation, certified under Ecocert DE-ÖKO-005. Recipes are fermented until residual sugar falls below 0.5 g/L; pasteurization, heat treatment and filtration are avoided, so cultures remain active in the bottle and generate natural carbonation. Four generations of accumulated knowledge support regular development of new products for the company and its business partners.
