FELS Kunststofftechnik GmbH

FELS Kunststofftechnik GmbH, established in 2008 and located in Lichtenau, Germany, produces additive concentrates that improve the mechanical characteristics of thermoplastics. The company supplies common masterbatches economically and develops custom additive formulations for polymers including PE, PP, PS, PVC, PET and PC. Reported benefits include greater tear strength at low temperatures, improved resistance to mechanical stress, higher extrusion output, better absorption of printing inks, enhanced weldability and adhesion, and high opacity and whiteness that can reduce or eliminate white masterbatch use at certain film thicknesses. The additives are non-abrasive, free of heavy metals, recyclable and hold food safety approvals, and can be dosed at up to 40 percent.
