FECOM Maschinenbau GmbH is a contract manufacturer and gear pump producer located in Bindlach, Germany, founded in 2004. Its core competencies are CNC machining of castings and die castings, industrial coating, and the assembly of components and systems. Machined parts include motor brakes, hydraulic components and agricultural machine parts, produced as single units or series. The machine park comprises 3-axis, 4-axis and 5-axis CNC machining centres, CNC lathes, surface and flat grinding machines, and vibratory finishing systems. Coating handles components up to 8 x 3 x 3 m and 20 t, using a two-component mixing system. Assembly covers mechanical and electrical work to 20 t in a 1,200 m² area. Gear pumps are made in-house with maximum pressure of 100 bar and flow rate up to 17 l/min, with documented 100% testing. Pipe bending tools for mandrel bending machines are also designed and manufactured.
