FEBU GmbH

FEBU GmbH, founded in 1965 and located in Burbach, Germany, produces high-precision stamped components. Stamping began with the company's own windshield wipers and water scrapers before extending to external customers, and capacity has grown through ongoing machinery investment. Equipment includes eccentric presses and stamping machines rated to 200 tons, welding presses, thread cutting machines, stud welding units and special-purpose machines. Steel in uncoated, galvanized and painted forms, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals are processed using in-house and customer tools. Injection molding was added in 1993 for ice scrapers and wipers and now runs 16 machines, two of them two-component, handling various plastics and bioplastics on request. Schmidt Kunststofftechnik, established in 1955, was acquired in 2020.
