FBS INDUSTRY GMBH & CO. KG

FBS Industry GmbH & Co. KG is a Solingen, Germany-based metalworking producer established in 1868. The firm handles machining and forming, taking projects from initial sample or prototype through to ready-to-install finished parts. Its core output includes forged vehicle fittings, components for container construction and mechanical engineering, tool blanks, and special forged parts made to customer drawings, samples, or specifications. Part weights range from roughly 10 grams to 10 kilos, and both small and large production volumes are accommodated. In-house capabilities cover toolmaking, milling program development and design, raw material splitting or sawing, hot forming and die forging, deburring, sandblasting, punching, calibrating, bending, and multi-axis mechanical processing. The company also procures and processes cast, laser-cut, and turned parts, and distributes partially patented forged, sheet metal bent, turned, and cast components. Separate processing and assembly areas support short response times, and picking and shipping are handled internally.
