DIENER & RAPP GmbH & Co. KG Eloxalbetrieb

DIENER & RAPP GmbH & Co. KG Eloxalbetrieb has specialized in aluminum surface treatment from its base in Villingen-Schwenningen since 1978. The service range covers anodizing in numerous colors, colorless and yellow chromating, hard anodizing, vibratory finishing of small parts, glass bead blasting and laser marking. Anodic oxidation creates an oxide protective layer that densifies and hardens the aluminum surface at micro level while enabling coloring in black, natural, blue, red, gold, green and other shades. Partial masking of areas and holes handles complex requirements. Baths accommodate workpieces up to 105 x 295 cm in gray, black and natural, with ten further colors available.
