CEREX AG is a Swiss food technology company based in Bleienbach, founded in 1995. It supplies equipment and turnkey production systems for grain processing, covering techniques such as puffing, coating, cooking, drying, tempering, flaking and toasting. The company also handles raw materials, semi-finished and finished products in-house, and provides filling and packaging technology for bulk goods. Beyond machinery, CEREX offers engineering services for new grain facilities, from feasibility studies and preliminary projects through project management and plant drawings, including construction data such as load specifications, wall and ceiling openings and infrastructure for architects and construction engineers.
