Carl Kurt Walther GmbH & Co. KG, trading under the brand WALTHER-PRÄZISION, was founded in 1931 and is based in Haan, Germany. The company develops and manufactures mono and multi couplings and docking systems for the safe transmission and separation of liquids, vapors, gases, electrical and optical signals and power currents. Standard quick couplings are offered in nominal sizes NW 2 to NW 100 (1/16 to 4 inches), with operating pressures from vacuum to 3,500 bar (50,000 psi), in a range of materials and valve technologies. Products include emergency disconnection couplings, SIP and CIP capable couplings, loading and filling couplings, hydrogen refueling systems, heat transfer oil couplings rated to 310°C, hot steam couplings rated to 250°C, offshore couplings and automatically operated multi couplings.
