BRASSELPLAST GmbH is a plastics production company established in Balgach, Switzerland, in 2007 by Oliver Brassel as a sole proprietorship. Its manufacturing scope covers injection molding, thermoplastic foam molding, vacuum pressure casting and additive manufacturing, supported by rapid tooling. Secondary operations include ultrasonic welding and other assembly work. The firm specializes in converting high-performance plastics into precision components, and also produces injection molded and deep-drawn parts in Switzerland and Asia. Customers come mainly from the machinery, electrical and medical sectors, though parts are made for other industries as well. Tooling is either commissioned or supplied by the customer. Contract molding is offered to injection molding companies for small and large series.
