BOT Oberflächentechnik GmbH, based at Robert-Galler-Straße 1 in Kulmbach, Germany, has more than five decades of experience in surface coating and corrosion protection. Its services include powder coating with a broad colour range, using exclusively TGIC-free powders applied through tribo and corona processes, both manual and automated. Fully automated zinc phosphating provides corrosion protection and a base for subsequent coatings, handling workpieces up to 12,200 x 700 x 2,500 mm and single weights of up to 2 tons. Cathodic dip coating (KTL) is also fully automated and accommodates the same maximum component dimensions. The OR 6000 coating system completes the portfolio.
