BET 2000 Bauelementetechnik GmbH

BET 2000 Bauelementetechnik GmbH is a German supplier serving glass wholesalers, the construction industry and mechanical engineering, established in 1973 in Schorndorf-Weiler. Growing distribution of modern construction plastics for new build and renovation work drove an expansion of storage space and a move to Backnang in 1977. Continued broadening of the product range, the addition of technical plastics, and the aim of faster, more flexible customer service through a larger warehouse and in-house processing centres led to land acquisition in Welzheim in 1983, where a dedicated operational building provided room for administration, production and storage. An outdoor storage area was added in 1990.
