Apex Nonwovens, part of Amet Europa GmbH, is a producer of polypropylene spunbond nonwovens. The company began operations in 2011 with backing from Amet Disposables, a business established in 1994. Manufacturing takes place in a 12,000 m² plant in the Adana Hacı Sabancı industrial zone, Turkey, where PP spunbond is made under hygienic conditions in widths up to 3,200 mm and weights from 10 g/m² to 120 g/m², with multiple colors and embossings. Products carry OEKO-TEX 100 certification. The firm is headquartered in Jüchen, Germany, and maintains branches in Istanbul and Izmir.
