Anglo East is an Irish livestock wholesaler established in 2014 by Samantha Ennis and based in Mullingar. It tailors livestock supply to feedlot and food processing customers across Europe, North Africa and Eastern and Occidental Europe. The company manages an in-house supply chain and turnkey operation for livestock and processed chilled meat, supported by EU export-approved storage and housing facilities that allow forward supply to be held for months. Involvement from farm gate to end user supports traceability, animal welfare, food hygiene and safety, and compliance with ritual and cultural requirements.
