ALY FOODS

ALY Foods is the production arm of Aksular Grup, based in Çorum, Türkiye, and operates three manufacturing sites spanning 28,000 m2. The company produces more than ten product lines and roughly 90 flour-based items, including tortillas, pizza bases, flavored tortillas, pastry, ravioli, tacos and cookies. Monthly output ranges from 1,500 to 2,000 tons, with a maximum capacity of four 40-foot HC containers per day. Ingredients undergo regular laboratory testing, and hygienic conditions are maintained throughout the factory. Since its first export in March 2010, the ALY brand has reached five continents and nearly 80 countries, with 75% of goods exported. It produces over 50 tortilla varieties from 10 cm to 33 cm, including classic wheat and whole grain.
