ALPER MAKİNA

ALPER MAKİNA is a Turkish manufacturer of chocolate and raw cocoa processing machinery, established in Istanbul in 1979. Its product range covers cocoa alkalization conches, cocoa butter extraction presses, powdered cocoa pulverizers, rotary cones, granulated sugar mills, powdered sugar units, fully automatic filling machines and product extraction robots. The company offers more than 50 machine types for chocolate and cocoa production, all designed in-house by engineers and technicians. Its equipment is noted for hygienic construction and for reducing energy and labour consumption in chocolate manufacturing. The firm has supplied complete factories in Turkey and exported to Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan and African countries, and reports over 300 machines in service.
