ALLUCAN AG, based in Bremgarten, Switzerland, has been active since 1962 in aluminum construction and welded assemblies. The company supports projects from consulting and design through feasibility analysis and prototype construction to mechanical processing and series production. Its capabilities include MIG and TIG welding of aluminum, robotic welding, and CNC, HSC, and 5-axis milling and turning. It produces custom housings, containers, assemblies, and transformer housings for railway vehicle construction, transport, energy and high-current technology, shipbuilding, aviation, and machine and plant engineering. Component inspection uses visual, dye penetrant, ultrasonic, and X-ray testing plus digital 3D measurement.
