Albright Deutschland GmbH

Albright Deutschland GmbH is a Bremen-based electrical engineering firm established in 1993. Operating under the ALITHION brand, the company develops and manufactures lithium-ion battery systems for large accumulators together with associated charging technology. Research and development at the Bremen site focuses on energy supply, and the ALITHION battery systems are designed and produced there using proprietary manufacturing methods. A central element is an intelligent battery management system featuring Active Balancing, which maintains a coordinated state of charge across every cell in all operating modes. The system was optimized over years of development for intralogistics requirements, supporting intermediate charging during brief downtime and continuous 24/7 operation. Cell-specific control via coordinated charging technology with CAN communication enables efficient charging while limiting cell stress.
