AL Gummi- + Kunststofftechnik GmbH, founded in 1986 and located in Dormagen, Germany, produces rubber and plastic components. The company develops rubber molded parts from metal molds measuring up to 1000 x 2000 mm and maintains its own mold construction. Rubber freehand items are made in manual assembly as individual pieces up to roughly 1,500 mm in diameter and 3,500 mm in length, with larger sizes available on request. Vulcanization is carried out in an in-house autoclave using steam or hot air processes or other material-specific methods. All industry-standard elastomers are processed, with fabrics and fibers used as strength carriers. Trial quantities and prototype-to-series support are offered, along with on-site consulting during product development.
