AF COMPRESSORS

AF COMPRESSORS, established in 1870, operates from Liege, Belgium, as a manufacturer of oil-free piston compressor machinery. The company's principal product line consists of three-stage oil-free piston compressors built for PET bottle blowing, delivering compressed air at pressures between 20 and 40 bar with capacities spanning 150 to 3300 m³/h. A separate range of bi-stage oil-free piston compressors serves 8 bar and 10 bar duties, with intermediate pressure options from 6 to 15 bar. Standard oil-free models at 8 bar and 10 bar cover capacities from 7.1 to 58 m³/min depending on configuration. More than 6700 PET compressors have been installed worldwide. The firm supports its installed base through subsidiaries, technical support, locally available parts and components, and over 150 technicians specialising in oil-free piston compressors. Ongoing research and development work targets energy efficiency and reduced maintenance costs.
