ACD Vertriebs GmbH, trading as NIEMET, is a service, distribution and wholesale operation founded in 1976 and based in Bremen, Germany. It describes itself as the largest privately-owned stockholding dealer in Europe for aluminium, copper, brass and bronze. The company processes non-ferrous metal semi-finished products using state-of-the-art machinery and positions itself as a full-range supplier serving customers worldwide. Its operations rely on flexible decision-making, qualified employees and precise processing. The Bremen site employs approximately 250 staff and includes 60,000 sqm of hall space, with more than 14,000 t of material held in permanent stock across over 6,000 dimensions. Equipment includes seven longitudinal cutting systems, three transverse cutting systems, eight plate and six band saws.
