3D COATINGS Technology GmbH & Co. KG

3D Coatings Technology GmbH & Co. KG, based in Reichenberg, Germany, was founded in 1998 and develops and produces adhesive coatings tailored to specific requirements. The company applies solvent-free and water-free viscous plastics in dot grids and onto plastic-containing surfaces using rotary screen printing. It works with commercially available stable solvent-free and water-free viscous plastics such as HMA, HMPSA, and UV-PSA, and coats thermoplastic plastics with high viscosity below 100 Pas at 180°C. Web-shaped materials including papers, plastic and metal films, nonwovens, and fabrics up to 3 mm thick are processed, with webs up to 1000 mm wide. The firm selects plastics and substrates through its own analysis of physical properties, offers all feasible round screen grids, and supplies standard materials for transfer tape, label materials, and LOM papers, including small quantities.
